Event Production Lifecycle

What makes a successful event management company? We’ve found through the many clients we’ve had over the years that communication is a key foundation of the event production timeline. Here’s how we handle any enquiries we have and use strong communication to understand what you need, produce accurate quotes, manage our team and deliver on our promises.

Initial Enquiry

Your telephone or e-mail enquiry will be handled by our event management team and a specialist event manager will be allocated to your project.

Solution Proposal & Quotation

We aim to discuss possible solutions and make detailed recommendations, including a full quotation, within 24 hours of your initial contact – sooner when possible!

Design & Planning

We use a variety of tools to design the event space to give you a photo-realistic impression of what the room styling and any stage set designs / branding may look like. We use a package called WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) to achieve this, and can provide you with scale floor-plans as well.

Creative Services

Many events require careful use of the brand identity and colour scheme. We will offer creative design services to design literature and on-screen graphics. We specialise in bringing your brand to life through 3D motion graphics and video production services, and will even come up with exciting ideas for the event identity itself. Whether you need full support or something as simple as some thought into what music and voiceovers are played at the event, your dedicated Event Manager will work with you and our in-house creative design teams to achieve stunning results. You will be able to preview each of these in advance of the event itself, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

On-Site Delivery

On the day of the event (or installation) your Event Manager will manage our administrative, logistical, technical and styling teams to ensure that everything goes smoothly. You will benefit from a familiar contact on-site as we know that this makes a real difference to your stress levels on the day!


If we manage your event well, we hope that you will recommend us. If we don’t then we would like to know about it. That’s why we use an online survey system to allow you to rate our performance after the event. We regularly receive fantastic feedback, but always strive to find ways to improve, as we look forward to continuing our relationship with you.
